Expansion of Awareness and Skills (Stage 8 of What Happens When You Stop Eating Animals)

PODCAST EPISODE AUGUST 2, 2015

It’s in this stage that we might buy our first food processor or high-powered blender or we garden for the first time or we cook for the first time or we try new foods or cuisines or restaurants we never tried before. This is when we learn how expansive it is to live unconditionally compassionately. This is when we may feel more deeply connected to other animals and to other people in our lives. This is where we may be expanding skills that we will wind up turning into a new career that we implement in Stage 9: Where Do I Fit In?

About Colleen

Hello, and welcome. I’m Colleen, aka The Joyful Vegan, and I’m here to give you the tools and resources you need to eat, cook, travel, and live compassionately and healthfully.

Donating = Loving

For over twenty years, my work and podcast have remained free (and ad-free) and vibrant thanks to support from listeners, followers, and readers. I have no staff, no interns, and no assistant. What you see (and hear and watch) is a one-woman labor of love that is also my life and my livelihood. If this labor has impacted your life in the past year (or the past decades), please consider aiding its sustenance by becoming a patron or by making a one-time donation. Your support makes all the difference.
